Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using Reviroo (the "Service"), operated by Arknex Technologies ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, free-plan users, and paying subscribers.

Reviroo is a cloud-based client operations platform designed for agencies, studios, and freelancers. The Service includes tools for:

• Projects & tasks: Kanban boards, task assignment, and delivery tracking.
• Billing: Quotations, invoices, deposits, and retainer management.
• Client documents: Proposals, contracts, and eSign workflows.
• Campaign reporting: Connected analytics from ad platforms and exportable reports.
• Team collaboration: Multi-user workspaces with role-based access.

You must create an account to use Reviroo. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it up to date. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts for the same individual.

Reviroo offers a free Starter plan and paid plans (Studio, Agency). Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.

• Payment processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Authorisation: By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge your payment method on the applicable billing cycle.
• Currency: Prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of any applicable taxes.
• Price changes: We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to begin a trial and will be automatically charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel beforehand. Free trials are available once per workspace — a workspace that has previously used a trial is not eligible for another. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trial offers at any time.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused time, except where required by applicable law. If your subscription is cancelled due to non-payment, access to paid features will be suspended immediately.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Unlawful content: Upload or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, or fraudulent.
• Legal violations: Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Unauthorised access: Attempt to gain access to the Service or its infrastructure beyond your authorised permissions.
• Reverse engineering: Decompile, disassemble, or copy any part of the platform.
• Unsolicited messages: Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to Reviroo — including client data, invoices, proposals, and files ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant Arknex Technologies a limited licence to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service. We do not sell or share Your Content with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring Your Content does not infringe third-party rights.

The Reviroo platform — including its interface, design, code, and branding — is owned by Arknex Technologies and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our prior written consent. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, and regular backups. However, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for securing your account credentials. We are not liable for any breach resulting from your failure to maintain account security. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not make any warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided through the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arknex Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you by email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
